Judith McInerney

 

As Chief Executive Officer, Judy McInerney has been certified by the National Women Owned Businesses Council as a WBE, and by the United States Women's Chamber of Commerce as a WOSB and the State of Tennessee Governor's Office of Diversity Business Enterprise as a WBE.  AS CEO she maintains McInerney's successful financial relationships with the firm's bankers and bonding company.

Steve McInerney

 

The company founder, Steve McInerney has been in the glazing and construction fields for the last 40 years.  During his career, he has worked with some of the largest General Contractors in the country on increasingly complicated projects.  His expertise with curtainwall, storefront, and window installation allows the firm to consistently offer the most pragmatic solutions to architects, designers and owners to insure they can realize their goals in the most effective manner.

Kyle Foster

 

As President and Chief Operations Officer, Kyle Foster brings his extensive knowledge of the industry to bear on all of McInerney's day to day operations from project management to innovative architectural solutions for our clients' window and storefront challenges.

Jennifer McInerney acts as Chief Financial Officer of the McInerney Family of Companies where she brings her experience structuring increasingly effective financial and regulatory resources to the firm's strategic financial planning.

Mike Shrum

 

With over 25 years of experience in many facets of the business from window manufacturing, fenestration engineering, sales, plant management, and architectural consulting to large scale project management, Mike Shrum brings a deep background to our Western Division.  He is currently overseeing field staff and project management for active projects in the region.

Jay Peardon

 

A fourth generation construction professional, Jay has been in the industry for over 20 years.  Before coming to McInerney he was a project manager in Chattanooga overseeing various hospitality, schools, and medical facilities throughout the South Eastern US.  Jay has formed relationships with Doster, Bell Construction & Associates, Crain Construction, JE Dunn, Hoar that allow McInerney to contiue its delivery of first class marquee projects for our clients.

Kevin West

 

Kevin West has been a valuable project manager at McInerney since 2009.  He has worked on multiple projects ranging from hospitals, school renovations and constructions, condo conversions, and all of our work on the LSU campus including the renovation of Tiger Stadium. Kevin has been brought up to Nashville to direct various projects including Capitol View redevelopment which includes the now occupied HCA Capitol View building on Charlotte Ave. and 11th Ave.

John Millman Jr.

 

With over 25 years experience in the window industry including manufacturing and field installations, John has been overseeing field crews and major projects throughout the south east for McInerney since 2006 as we continue to provide quality installation for our clients.
