McInerney is partnering with Doster Construction for their project, The Graduate Hotel in Nashville TN, using Tubelite Window Wall and Curtain Wall and Alucobond Panels.  This will be a 12 story hotel located across from Vanderbilt University.  

Hilton Hotel

Franklin TN 

McInerney is partnering with Crain Construction for their newest hospitality project, the Hilton Branded hotel in Franklin TN.  This is an 8 story hotel with parking garage located in the Cool Springs area of Franklin.

Fairlane Hotel

Nashville TN

McInerney & Associates Inc. is pleased to begin construction on the revitalization of 401 Union and its conversion to the new marquee Fairlane Hotel in Downtown Nashville. McInerney will be partnering with Crain Construction on this project for exterior skin using Tubelite materials for the glazing system.

Printer's Alley Hotel (Dream Hotel)

McInerney & Associates, Inc. has contracted with J E Dunn to install modern windows from Tubelite in addition to iinstalling terrace doors and entrance doors.

Hillsboro High School

McInerney has contracted with American Constructors for renovation and new construction on the Hillsboro High School project.

City Lights

Nashville TN 

McInerney & Associates, Inc.. is currently partenering with RG Anderson Contractors to build a 12 story condominium building in downtown Nashville. We will be using Tubelite Window Wall and Terrace Door Products throughout the project.  

Tyndall at Robertson Hill

Austin Texas

McInerney has contracted with White Construction Company to complete this 8 story condominium building along I-35 in Austin

Series of 14 hotel projects throughout the US

October 2013-2020

McInerney & Associates, INC. has finalized its contract with Lend Lease as the lead specialty contractor for glazing, curtainwall, storefronts and aluminum windows beginning with work on 14 hotels throughout the US. This will significantly add to McInerney's growing book of construction work in the hospitality sector.

Southern Bank

McInerney has contracted with Hardaway Construction for the Southern Bank building in Mt. Juliet using YKK curtainwall and storefront and Sage Electromatic Glass.
