Working together with Brasfield & Gorie, McInerney completed the Carter Hall Dormitory project at Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, Georgia.

Skanska USA completed this showcase project's curtainwall, windows, storefront, glass and entrances with McInerney & Associates.  The project consists of multiple buildings and structures designed to revitalize the downtown riverfront area and serve as an icon for the city.

HCA Corporate Headquarters

McInerney & Associates, Inc. contracted with Skanska in a Design Assist Contract for the new HCA Capital View Corporate Headquarters in Nashville.  This 16 story structure was completed in early 2017.

McInerney & Associates, Inc.'s Nashville crews completed work on the 5 story Homewood Suites - Vanderbilt.  This  construction continues our winning relationship with Hardaway Construction and McInerney's expanding body of work in the hospitality industry.

 Some of McInerney's work with the DOD and Corps of Engineers on blast mitigation projects led to the National Guard Armory - Sidco Drive.  Here the application was blast curtainwall.

Part of McInerney's ongoing work for LSU, Himes Hall was transformed into a much more engery efficient functional building while enhancing the campus.

In Nashville, McInerney worked with J E Dunn and completed the installation of curtainwall and replacement glass for HCA Building 4 - a multiuse office building and parking garage.  McInerney worked closely with Dunn on this project throughout 2017.
